I'm tired after a long day's work (ergh x.x), but on page 16 in the file, France thinks back on a conversation he had with America, and the dialogue goes something like this:

America: Hey, France

France: Mm...?

America: I... want to do England.

France: *spew* Ah!?

America: Disturbing, right?

France: Uh... I feel that I have to ask, for my peace of mind, why exactly...

America: Well, you see~

France: No, wait. It's better if you don't tell me after all!
