I do stalk the fills list there, but yeah. My eyes would scan the fills and avoid such stuff (expertly so XD). It still hurts my heart to see that those stuffs do exist, even if I don't read them (and I wonder how the hell did the OP even manage to think up such requests). But hey, some epic US/UK fills were written in the kink meme, so.
OMFG yes, self-insertions. Ugh D: almost as bad as My Immortal. They must have no life at all to want to enter the world of their fandom's characters.
